目的探讨活动性矫治器在牙齿反早期治疗中的应用价值。方法选取本院牙科2011年1月~2013年1月收治的60例前牙反患者为研究对象,均采用上颌垫附双曲舌簧活动矫治器进行治疗,观察其治疗效果,同时对治疗前后患者的前牙覆及覆盖值进行比较。结果治疗后,60例患者的前牙反均得到矫正,前牙覆及覆盖值均有明显改善,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访1年仅有3例因年龄偏大、存在前牙反的家族史或不良的口腔习惯等原因而复发。结论采用上颌垫附双曲舌簧活动矫治器于早期治疗前牙反可获得良好的矫治效果,值得临床借鉴和推广。
Objective To explore the value of active appliance in the early treatment of dental inversion. Methods Sixty cases of anterior tarsal inverted patients treated in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were selected as the study objects. All patients were treated with maxillary otorhinolaryngology with hyperbilirubinectomy, and the therapeutic effect was observed. Before and after treatment in patients with anterior cover and coverage values were compared. Results After treatment, the anterior crossbite of 60 patients were corrected, the anterior commissure and coverage were significantly improved, compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Only 3 cases were followed up for one year due to older age, the existence of anterior anterior crossbite family history or poor oral habits and other reasons and relapse. Conclusion The maxillary pad with hyperbolic reticulum activity appliance in the early treatment of anterior crossbite can obtain a good effect of correction, it is worth learning and promotion.
