结合我国高职院校的实际,参考国外就业指导科学的发展,就业指导的内容应包括以下几方面,一、宏观的就业指导内容体系,包括择业指导、职业指导和职业生涯规划三个层面;二、就业指导的内容框架,包括认知领域,决策技巧,执行能力的培养,就业过程中的心理调适以及介绍就业政策和产业走向。
According to the actual situation of higher vocational colleges in our country and with reference to the development of foreign employment guidance science, the contents of employment guidance should include the following aspects. First, the macro employment guidance content system includes three aspects: career guidance, career guidance and career planning. Second, the contents of the employment guidance framework, including the cognitive field, decision-making skills, ability to train the implementation of the process of psychological adjustment and introduction of employment policy and industrial trends.
