心脏猝死是最危重的急症之一,严重威胁着患者的生命,因此防治工作至关重要。大量研究证明,β受体阻滞剂通过对儿茶酚胺的作用,可以防止由异常自律性,折返或触发激动引起的心律失常。更重要的是β-阻滞剂可能通过多种综合途径而有效地降低心脏猝死发生率,因而被认为是迄今防治心脏猝死中较为理想的药物。文章重点就β-阻滞剂防治心肌梗塞并室性心律失常的作用机理,β-受体阻滞剂对室性心律失常的防治,β-受体阻滞剂对室性心律失常并SCD的治疗等问题进行了详细的阐述,β受体阻滞剂是迄今治疗和预防SCD理想可靠的药物
Sudden death of the heart is one of the most critical emergencies, which seriously threaten the lives of patients. Therefore, prevention and control work is of crucial importance. Numerous studies have shown that β-blockers can prevent arrhythmias caused by abnormal self-regulation, reentry or triggering of agonism by acting on catecholamines. More importantly, β-blockers may be effective in reducing the incidence of sudden cardiac death through a variety of synthetic pathways. Therefore, β-blockers are considered as the most ideal drug in the prevention and treatment of sudden cardiac death. The article focuses on the role of β-blockers in the prevention and treatment of myocardial infarction and ventricular arrhythmias, prevention and treatment of ventricular arrhythmias with β-blockers, and the effects of β-blockers on ventricular arrhythmias and SCD Treatment and other issues were described in detail, β-blockers are by far the ideal and reliable treatment and prevention of SCD drugs
