1994年春,全国自考委在京委员座谈时,国家教委主任朱开轩同志指出,普通高等教育有自身的规律,自学考试制度也有自身的规律。关于自学考试制度的教育规律要有人去研究,要研究考试制度同教育制度的关系。自学考试制度作为教育形式可能要比考试制度更深一层,这方面有很多理论问题和实践问题。 近年来,随着我国自学考试制度的不断完善和日渐为社会接受,对自学考试制度的教育规律的研究也逐渐深入,并取得了可喜的进展。通过对自学考试教育规律的研究,提高了对自学考试制度教育规律的认识,澄清了一些模糊观念,提出了一些对加快改革与发展自学考试制度的好建议。

In recent years, with the continuous improvement of the self-study examination system in our country and the gradual improvement of its acceptance by the society, the research on the education law of the self-study examination system has also gradually deepened and made gratifying progress. Through the study of the law of self-study exams and education, we improved our understanding of the law of self-study examinations, clarified some vague ideas and put forward some good suggestions for accelerating the reform and development of the self-study exam system.
