目的观察整体护理在围手术期妇科腹腔镜患者中的应用效果。方法将医院行腹腔镜手术治疗的患者200例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用整体护理,观察2组患者护理的临床效果,术后并发症发生情况及患者护理满意度。结果观察组肛门排气时间、首次下床时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.01);观察组术后并发症发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的18.00%(P<0.01);观察组护理满意度为98.00%,高于对照组的86.00%(P<0.01)。结论在围手术期对妇科腹腔镜手术患者实施整体护理可缩短患者术后恢复时间,有效降低术后并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of holistic nursing in perioperative gynecological laparoscopic patients. Methods 200 cases of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing. The observation group was treated with total care on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects, postoperative complications and patient satisfaction were observed in the two groups. Results The anal exhaust time, first bed-out time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P <0.01). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.00%, which was lower than that in the control group (18.00%, P <0.01) ; The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.00%, which was higher than that of the control group (86.00%, P <0.01). Conclusion In the perioperative period of gynecological laparoscopic surgery in patients with overall care can shorten the recovery time of patients with postoperative complications and reduce the incidence of complications and improve nursing satisfaction, worthy of clinical application.
