由于民族教育法制的不健全,导致民族教育政策所确定的各项优惠措施难以落实,民族教育发展所需要的各种资源得不到保障。民族教育立法已远远不能满足民族教育发展的需要,这种不相适应的矛盾日显突出。针对我国民族教育立法的现状及问题,为加强少数民族教育立法工作,尽快改变民族教育立法的不适应状况。
Due to the imperfect legal system of ethnic education, various preferential measures set by the national education policy are difficult to implement and the various resources needed for the development of ethnic education can not be guaranteed. National education legislation has far failed to meet the needs of the development of national education, this incompatible contradictions become increasingly prominent. In view of the status quo and problems of the national education legislation in our country, in order to strengthen the education legislation of ethnic minorities and to change the incommensurate situation of the national education legislation as soon as possible.
