近年来伴随着改革的深入与发展,国有企业正逐步发展与壮大,制订切实可行的风险管理策略与措施,通过培育风险文化,健全内部控制组织,健全面风险管理理念,进一步推进程序化经营与规范操作,为企业持续快速发展起到较好的保驾护航作用,对企业的明天具有深远的战略意义。本文主要分为三个部分,首先简单介绍了文献背景,其次提出国有企业风险管理存在的问题,最后针对这些问题提出了解决方案。
