观察并探究标准化病人教学模式用于《基础护理学》实验教学中的价值,以供参考。选取本中职13级基础护理学专业学生90人,随机分为两组,分别为对照组与实验组,两组的学生数均为45例,给予对照组学生传统教学,给予实验组学生标准化病人教学,比较两组学生教学结束后的护理操作水平与护患沟通能力。对照组学生的护理操作水平良好率明显低于实验组学生的护理操作水平良好率,两组之间的差异具有显著统计学意义(p<0.05);对照组学生的护患沟通能力明显低于实验组学生的护患沟通能力,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。标准化病人教学模式用于《基础护理学》实验教学能够有效提高学生的护理操作水平,使学生与患者的沟通能力得到有效提高,值得进一步在临床上进行推广与使用。
To observe and explore the standardization of patient teaching model for “basic nursing” experimental teaching value, for reference. Ninety basic level nursing students were selected and randomly divided into two groups, namely control group and experimental group. Standardized patient teaching mode for “basic nursing” experimental teaching can effectively improve students’ nursing operation level, improve the communication ability between students and patients effectively, and it is worth further clinical promotion and use.
