企业的竞争力归根结底取决于企业拥有人才的数量与质量,大力开发企业人才资源是我国经济社会发展的重要支点。但从目前我国企业人才资源开发的现状看,企业人才资源开发仍然存在以下几个问题。重管理培训轻技术培训企业人才主要包括三类:一是企业经营管理人才,二是专业技术人才,三是技能人才。
In the final analysis, the competitiveness of enterprises depends on the quantity and quality of talents owned by enterprises. To develop human resources of enterprises is an important fulcrum for the economic and social development in our country. However, judging from the current situation of the development of enterprise human resources in China, there are still some problems in the development of enterprise human resources.
