由赣州有色冶金研究所和中南工业大学联含研制的SLON-1000立环脉动高梯度磁选机在马钢姑山铁矿进行工业试验,分选200目占90%左右难选细粒红矿,至今年2月6日,累计带矿运行1700 h,设备操作简单,运转可靠,选矿富集比大,未发生过磁介质堵塞现象。该机转环立式转动,无须密封,水反冲精矿;配置了脉动机构,运用高梯度磁力,脉动流体力等多种力场的综合效应进行分选,有利于细粒矿物的回收和提高精矿品位,防止介质堵塞。
An industrial experiment was conducted at Magang Gushan Iron Mine with SLON-1000 pulsating high gradient magnetic separator jointly developed by Ganzhou Institute of Nonferrous Metallurgy and Central South University of Technology. About 200% February 6 this year, with a total of 1700 h mine operation, the equipment is simple, reliable operation, beneficiation enrichment ratio, no magnetic medium blockage phenomenon occurred.
