世界金融危机让中国的企业开始了新一轮的周期调整。在新的经济环境下,企业如何发挥自身优势,合理利用企业资源增强自身市场综合竞争力成为了企业当前最需要解决的问题。全面预算管理是发达国家引入的先进的管理经验,对企业的内部管理和整体发展起做巨大的促进作用。近年来,全面预算管理在我国企业得到了应用并取得的显著成效,但是仍然存在一些问题。本文从企业全面预算管理概念出发,分析了当前企业全面预算管理中存在的问题,并提出了一些提升企业全面预算管理水平的对策和方法,希望能对提高企业管理水平起到帮助。
The world financial crisis has given Chinese enterprises a new round of cyclical adjustment. Under the new economic environment, how enterprises exert their own advantages and use their resources rationally to enhance the overall competitiveness of their markets has become the most urgent problem for enterprises. Total budget management is an advanced management experience introduced by developed countries and plays a huge role in promoting the internal management and overall development of enterprises. In recent years, comprehensive budget management has been applied and achieved remarkable results in our country’s enterprises, but there are still some problems. Based on the concept of enterprise total budget management, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current enterprise total budget management and puts forward some countermeasures and methods to improve the overall budget management level of the enterprise. It is hoped that it can help to improve the enterprise management level.
