本文报道月季感染黑斑病(Diplocarpom rosae wolf)后,其色素和氨基酸含量与发病率的关系。月季感病后,健叶与病叶相互比较,病叶的色素、氨基酸比健叶下降,其中以天门冬氨酸、谷氨酸、脯氨酸下降为多。但从实验分析,不论健叶与病叶所含氨基酸种类相同,均为16~17种。关于感病率与叶绿素、氨基酸的关系,当感病率高时,随即发生叶绿素和氨基酸下降。
This article reports on the relationship between the pigment and amino acid content and the incidence of the infection of black locust (Diplocarpom rosae wolf). Rose after the disease, the healthy leaves and diseased leaves compared with each other, the diseased leaves of pigment, amino acid decreased than the healthy leaves, of which aspartic acid, glutamic acid, proline decreased more. However, from the experimental analysis, both the healthy and diseased leaves contained 16 to 17 kinds of amino acids. On the relationship between the susceptibility and chlorophyll, amino acids, chlorophyll and amino acid decreased immediately when the susceptible rate was high.
