近几年,国家采取了一些措施控制固定资产投资规模,使投资过份膨胀的势头有所缓解,但是还没有从根本上解决问题,目前在建项目投资规模偏大,投资结构失调,仍然是影响国民经济健康稳定发展的重要因素.因此,压缩基建投资规模,调整投资结构,是当前和今后经济工作中一项长期艰巨的任务.
