目的:调查何南汉族群体的D3S1358、vWA、FGA、D8S1179、D21S11、D18S51、D5S818、D13S317、D7S820等9个STR基因座的基因频率分布,获得群体遗传学数据,研究其法医学应用。方法:用PCR复合扩增和四色荧光自动化检测技术分析9个STR位点的基因型,计算各等位基因的分布频率。结果:获得9个STR位点在河南汉族群体中的等位基因分布频率资料,共检出98个等位基因;家系调查,证明上述位点遗传稳定,符合孟德尔遗传规律。9个STR基因座总鉴别机率(TDP)达99.9999996%。结论:上述9个位点是较理想的遗传标记,可用于法庭科学实践中生物物证的个人识别及亲子鉴定。
Objective: To investigate the gene frequency distribution of 9 STR loci such as D3S1358, vWA, FGA, D8S1179, D21S11, D18S51, D5S818, D13S317 and D7S820 of Han ethnic group in He Nan, and obtain the population genetic data to study its application in forensic medicine. Methods: The genotypes of nine STR loci were analyzed by PCR multiplex amplification and four-color fluorescence automated detection technique to calculate the distribution frequency of each allele. Results: The frequency of allele distribution of 9 STR loci in Henan Han population was obtained. A total of 98 alleles were detected. The pedigree investigation showed that the above loci were genetically stable and accorded with Mendelian inheritance. The total odds ratio (TDP) of 9 STR loci was 99.9999996%. Conclusion: The above 9 loci are ideal genetic markers for personal identification and paternity testing of biological evidence in forensic science practice.
