“六一”国际儿童节,是儿童们自己的节日。父母、老师、儿童教育工作者以及社会各界人士,在和儿童们一起欢庆“六一”的时候,是否想到尊重并帮助儿童们实施他们的基本权利——参与权呢?参与权是儿童们拥有的四大权利(生存权、保护权、教育权、参与权)之一。参与权是指儿童参与家庭、文化和社会生活的权利。同生存权、保护权、教育权一样,这是联合国《儿童权利公约》和《中国儿童发展纲要》赋予儿童的基本权利。父母、老师等成人应当重视和尊重儿童的参与权。在讨论涉及儿童问题时,
