目的:制备DHA纳米结构脂质载体(DHA-NLC)并考察其理化性质。方法:采用高压均质法制备DHA纳米结构脂质载体;考察了高压均质循环次数对纳米粒制备的影响并进行优化;测定其粒径大小和分布、Zeta电位和负载量,考察了纳米粒的时间、温度、离心稳定性。结果:制得DHA-NLC的平均粒径110 nm,多分散指数(PI)值为0.562,Zeta电位为-20.1 mV,负载量1.81%;DHA-NLC置于5℃和25℃条件下存放1个月粒径变化很小,且高速离心稳定性很好。结论:高压均质法优化制备的DHA-NLC稳定性很好,重复性高。
Objective: To prepare DHA nanostructured lipid carrier (DHA-NLC) and investigate its physicochemical properties. METHODS: DHA nanostructured lipid carriers were prepared by high pressure homogenization. The effects of high pressure homogenization cycles on the preparation of nanoparticles were investigated and optimized. The size and distribution, Zeta potential and loading were measured. Time, temperature, centrifugal stability. Results: The average diameter of DHA-NLC was 110 nm, the polydispersity index (PI) was 0.562, the Zeta potential was -20.1 mV and the loading was 1.81%. The DHA-NLC was stored at 5 ℃ and 25 ℃ for 1 Month small changes in particle size, and high-speed centrifugal stability is good. Conclusion: The DHA-NLC prepared by high pressure homogenization has good stability and repeatability.
