【本刊2013年1月综合报道】日本东京电力公司(TEPCO)于2013年11月18日正式启动从福岛第一核电厂4号机组的燃料水池中取出乏燃料棒的作业。这是东电在2011年3月的核事故发生之后首次从福岛第一核电厂的燃料水池中取出燃料,意味着福岛第一核电厂的退役工作进入了一个新阶段,即将耗时30~40年的核电厂退役
