快速高精度圆周等分磨削法,是以磨后测量出的相邻误差为依据,计算出累积误差,然后再算出测量各槽的修磨量入手的。此方法能快速准确地表示出修磨部位和修磨部位的修磨量,以达到高精度的圆周等分要求。此方法可在具有单齿分度机构(相互定位分度;分齿板分度)和使工件圆周进给机构的一般磨床上进行。可用来磨削齿轮铣刀、滚刀、分齿板等高精度的圆周等分工件。现将此方法列表说明,见表1:
Rapid high-precision circumferential equinocular grinding method is based on the measurement of the adjacent mill after the error, calculate the cumulative error, and then calculate the measurement of each groove grinding amount to start with. This method can quickly and accurately show the grinding parts and grinding parts of the grinding amount, in order to achieve high-precision circumferential division requirements. This method can be carried out on a general grinding machine having a single-tooth indexing mechanism (indexing each other; indexing the splitter plate) and a workpiece circumferential feeding mechanism.
