肖胜方:广东胜伦律师事务所主任全国律师协会劳动与社会保障法专业委员会副主任广东省律师协会会长广州市人民政府法律顾问政协广州市委员会法制工作顾问华南国际经济贸易仲裁委员会仲裁员广州仲裁委员会仲裁员采访前,我曾对肖胜方做过一些表层的了解:劳动法专家、学者型律师、广东胜伦律师事务所创始人、广东省律师协会会长。采访中,我又了解到肖胜方深层次的一面:半路出家的律师、全国最早攻读MBA的律师之一、律师界的CEO、成功实践公司化运作的胜伦律师事务所、全国优秀律师事务所……
Xiao Shengfang: Director of Guangdong Shenglun Law Firm National Bar Association Deputy Director, Labor and Social Security Law Association Guangdong Provincial Bar Association President Guangzhou Municipal People’s Government Legal Adviser CPPCC Guangzhou Municipal Committee Legal Work Adviser South China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission Arbitrator Guangzhou Arbitration Before the committee arbitrator interviewed, I had some superficial knowledge about Xiao Shengfang: labor law experts, scholar lawyers, the founder of Guangdong Shenglun Law Firm and the president of Guangdong Bar Association. During the interview, I also learned about Xiao Shengfang’s deep-seated face: halfway lawyer, one of the earliest MBA lawyers in the country, the CEO of lawyers, the successful practice of corporative operation in Shenglun Law Firm and the excellent law firm in China.
