我国的高等教育已经由精英教育阶段进入大众化教育阶段,面对高学历的本科生、研究生和注重动手能力的中专技校生的双面夹击,高职院校毕业生面临着前所未有的严峻就业形势。本文分析了高职院校毕业生就业难的原因,并探索解决这一就业困境的思路,高职院校应当正确看待毕业生在就业市场上的困境和机遇,充分发挥高职院校的优势,促进毕业生顺利就业。
China’s higher education has entered the popular education stage from the elite education stage.
