为明确不同沙棘品种抗旱性,选取15个沙棘品种为试材,测定其叶片自然饱和亏、临界饱和亏、自由水含量、束缚水含量、自束比等生理指标,运用投影寻踪法,对15个品种沙棘的抗旱性进行了综合评价。结果表明:各品种抗旱性强弱顺序为“太阳”<“阜欧”<“杂优59号”<“杂优12号”<“杂优2号”<“杂优54号”<“中俄杂优”<“阜杂1号”<“杂优1号”<“杂优5号”<“杂优10号”<“杂优31号”<“杂优28号”<“蛮汉山”<“红霞”。
In order to clarify the drought resistance of different varieties of seabuckthorn, 15 varieties of seabuckthorn were selected as test materials, and their physiological indexes such as natural saturation deficit, critical saturation loss, free water content, irreducible water content and self-bundle ratio were measured. The drought resistance of 15 varieties of seabuckthorn was evaluated comprehensively. The results showed that the order of drought resistance of the varieties was “Sun ” “” “” < “Youyou No. 54 ” < “China and Russia No. 10 ”<“ Youyou No. 31 ”<“ Youyou No. 28 ”<“ very Han Shan ”<“ Hongxia ”.
