八四年以来,我们针对幼师业务水平与幼教事业不相适应的现状,着重抓好幼儿教师的培训工作。我们的做法是: 一、加强领导,抓好幼师队伍的思想建设。随着幼教事业的发展,我县首先增强了县、乡(镇)幼教专业干部力量,健全幼教辅导网。教育局、县妇联专门配备了负责抓幼教的干部和幼儿教育教研员。全县51个乡镇都配备了专职或兼职的幼教辅导员。成立了县幼儿教育中心教研组和片、乡、村三级辅
