目的 :探讨血清透明质酸 (HA)、 型胶原 ( - C)、层粘蛋白 (L N)水平和门脉压力间的关系。方法 :用放射免疫 (RIA)法及 B超测定 35例肝硬化患者血清 HA、 - C、L N水平及门脉内径 (Dpv)。结果 :血清 HA、L N水平和 Dpv呈正相关 ,相关系数 (r )分别为 0 .6 (P <0 .0 1)、0 .5 (P <0 .0 1) ;血清 - C水平和 Dpv无相关 ,r =0 .2 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :血清 HA、L N水平可作为测定门脉压力的指标。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum hyaluronic acid (HA), collagen (- C), laminin (LN) and portal pressure. Methods: Serum HA, - C, LN level and portal vein diameter (Dpv) were measured in 35 patients with cirrhosis by radioimmunoassay (RIA) and B ultrasound. Results: The levels of serum HA and LN were positively correlated with Dpv, the correlation coefficients (r) were 0.6 (P <0.01) and 0.5 (P <0.01) respectively. The levels of serum C and Dpv were Correlation, r = 0 .2 (P> 0 .0 5). Conclusion: Serum HA and LN levels can be used as an index for measuring portal pressure.
