选择甲型流感病毒阳性肺炎患儿48例,健康儿童42例,采用放射免疫法(双抗体-PEG法)测定唾液SIgA含量,并观察SIgA含量与抗原清除的关系。结果显示:①肺炎组患儿唾液SIgA含量明显降低,与对照组相比,差异非常显著(P<0.001)。②唾液SIgA均值以上组较均值以下组抗原清除速度快,差异非常显著。提示:呼吸道局部使用SIgA可能对病毒性肺炎的恢复有促进作用。
Forty-eight children with influenza A pneumonia and 42 healthy children were enrolled in this study. The content of SIgA in saliva was determined by radioimmunoassay (double antibody-PEG method), and the relationship between SIgA level and antigen clearance was also observed. The results showed that: (1) The content of SIgA in saliva of children with pneumonia was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.001). ② saliva SIgA mean value of more than the following group of antigen removal speed is fast, the difference is very significant. Tip: Local use of respiratory tract SIgA may promote the recovery of viral pneumonia.
