在国外,“福费廷”业务相当活跃,而我国才刚刚开始引进,正处于摸索阶段,在国际结算业务从“传统代付型”向“贸易融资型”转换的今天,我国的外贸企业在支付方式上依然采用传统的支付方式,这对我国的出口贸易相当不利,应及时采取有力的应对措施,促进其在我国外贸企业进一步广泛的应用。
At abroad, the Forfaiting business is quite active, and our country has just started to introduce and is in a groping stage. Today, when the international settlement business is switched from the “traditional payment-for-service model” to the “trade financing model,” the foreign trade enterprises in our country Payment methods still use the traditional methods of payment, which is quite unfavorable to China’s export trade. We should promptly adopt effective countermeasures to promote its further extensive application in China’s foreign trade enterprises.
