进入新时期以来,我们把“文化养老”作为老年工作的新领域,通过端正服务观念、增强服务意识,积极探索服务新机制,落实服务新措施、延伸服务新内容。实践中,我们在做好待遇养老的同时,根据离退休职工的实际需要,积极推进文化养老,让文化养老成为老年工作的一种自觉、一种习惯、一种制度。广大离退休职工是党和国家宝贵的财富,是我国社会主义文化建设中不可或缺的重要力量。
Since entering the new era, we have adopted “cultural pension ” as a new field of old age work. We have been actively exploring new service mechanisms, implementing new service measures, and extending new services through proper service orientation, service awareness. In practice, while we are doing well in providing for the aged, we actively promote the cultural endowment according to the actual needs of the retired workers and make the cultural endowment a conscious, a kind of habit and a system for the elderly. The vast numbers of retired staff and workers are the valuable asset of the party and the country and are an indispensable and important force in the socialist cultural construction in our country.
