京津冀协同发展是国家发展的顶级战略之一,其首要任务是生态环保,为此,京津冀三地相继加强了环境规制的力度。环境规制政策的施行能够保护环境,同时影响企业绩效,环境规制对企业绩效的影响主要通过企业生产成本、技术创新和潜在企业进入三个途径。文章以京津冀协同发展战略为契机,立足京津冀三地,通过实证分析深入探讨环境规制对企业绩效的影响,借此为京津冀环境规制政策的制定和企业发展提供参考依据。
The coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is one of the top strategies for the development of the country. Its primary task is ecological protection. To this end, Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei have successively strengthened their environmental regulations. The implementation of environmental regulation policies can protect the environment and at the same time affect the performance of enterprises. The impact of environmental regulation on enterprise performance mainly comes from three aspects: production costs of enterprises, technological innovation and potential enterprises. Taking the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei synergetic development strategy as an opportunity, the article bases on the Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei provinces, and through empirical analysis, conducts an in-depth discussion of the impact of environmental regulation on the performance of enterprises and provides reference for the formulation of the environmental regulation policy and the enterprise development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
