本文总结了1991年至1993年在吐鲁番市应用春尺蠖核型多角体病毒对春尺蠖幼虫进行防治试验的情况。通过三年时间在1.2万亩林地对防治时机、防治机具、喷洒浓度、喷洒量等应用技术及病毒的扩繁、回收、提纯保存技术进行了试验实践。探讨了春尺蠖核型多角体病毒的防治效益、后效作用、防治决策指标,认为在吐鲁番地区利用春尺蠖核型多角体病毒防治春尺蠖比化学防治,有经济安全高效等优点,有广泛的应用前景。
This article summarizes the prevention and treatment of P. rufipogon larvae from 1991 to 1993 in Turpan City using the P. rufipogon nuclear polyhedrosis virus. Through three years in 12,000 mu of woodland on the prevention and treatment of time, prevention and control equipment, spraying concentration, spraying and other application technologies and virus propagation, recovery, purification preservation techniques were tested practice. In this paper, we discussed the control efficacy, the after-effects and the prevention and treatment decision-making index of the nuclear polyhedrosis virus.
