目的观察不同清洗消毒方法对医院空调通风系统清洗消毒效果,为选择最佳的清洗消毒方法提供依据。方法通过细菌定量检测方法,观察擦拭法、刷洗法和刷洗+消毒剂擦拭法对某医院空调系统出风口和回风口过滤网清洗消毒效果。结果采用毛巾沾清水擦拭清洗后细菌总数超标率为93.5%,金黄色葡萄球菌和表皮葡萄球菌检出率分别为100.0%和57.1%;采用流动水刷洗空调过滤网后细菌总数超标率为90.3%,金黄色葡萄球菌和表皮葡萄球菌检出率分别为64.3%和28.5%。采用流动水刷洗后,分别用500 mg/L含氯消毒剂、1 000 mg/L苯扎溴铵、5 g/L过氧乙酸溶液擦拭的过滤网表面细菌总数均<5 cfu/cm2,全部达到消毒合格要求。结论医院空调系统出风口和回风口过滤网应当在拆卸并用流动水刷洗后,再用消毒剂溶液擦拭方可达到消毒效果要求。
Objective To observe the effect of different cleaning and disinfection methods on the cleaning and disinfection of ventilation system in hospital air conditioners, so as to provide the basis for choosing the best method of cleaning and disinfection. Methods Bacteria quantitative detection method was used to observe the effect of cleaning, disinfecting and disinfecting the air outlet and return air filter of air conditioning system in a hospital by means of wiping method, brushing method and brushing + disinfectant wiping method. The results showed that the total bacteria exceeded the rate of 93.5%, the detection rates of Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis were 100.0% and 57.1%, respectively. The over-standard rate of total bacterial count was 90.3% , Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis were 64.3% and 28.5% respectively. After washing with flowing water, the total number of bacteria on the filter surface with 500 mg / L chlorine disinfectant, 1 000 mg / L benzalkonium bromide and 5 g / L peracetic acid solution were all <5 cfu / cm2 Achieve disinfection requirements. Conclusion The air outlet of the hospital air-conditioning system and the air return filter should be disassembled and scrubbed with running water before wiping with disinfectant solution to achieve the disinfection effect.
