根据固体火箭发动机原位校准系统要求推力精度高、稳定性好和无超调等特点,研发了一套原位校准高精度测力系统;IPC集成运动控制卡,控制交流伺服补偿液压控制系统,以标准力值为输入,HBM数字式精密测量放大器采集的力值为反馈信号,控制交流伺服装置位移,实现了力值高精度控制。试验表明,该控制系统工作稳定可靠,能够满足发动机静态校准精度要求。
According to the solid rocket motor in-situ calibration system requires high thrust precision, good stability and no overshoot, a set of in-situ calibrated high-precision force measuring system has been developed.
