深港航运业的竞争与合作近期有了新的特点。虽然两地港口集装箱处理量近年来都有所增长,但深圳的增长速度已经呈下降的态势,而香港则正在重拾快速增长势头,以致预测深圳港能否及何时超越香港目前还为时尚早。在深圳与香港之间航运业的竞争上,深圳约有10%的成本优势,不过这种优势正随着改善陆路通关条件等措施的实行而逐渐缩小。至于深港之间航运业合作,目前已经有了一定的基础,未来将向价值链高端转移,并且以提高全球市场竞争力为目标,政府间合作地位将日渐显得更为重要,不过未来的合作与价值链增值大小与“一国两制”相关联,合作空间有待研究。
The competition and cooperation between Shenzhen and Hong Kong’s shipping industry have recently brought new characteristics.
