随着改革开放的深入发展,我国的国民经济不断进步,国家和人民对基层公共卫生服务机构的建设事业越来越关注。在国家颁布的《中共中央、国务院关于深化医药卫生体制改革的意见》中,一项重要的内容就是有效地建设基层公共卫生服务机构,实现卫生服务的均衡发展。本文通过分析当前射阳县基层公共卫生服务机构的绩效考核工作的现状,分析工作中存在的问题,并提出相应的解决措施,力求不断加快发展社区基层公共卫生服务事业,努力实现公共卫生服务均等化。
