2013年8月23日“中国上市公司峰会”披露了2013年度“央视财经50指数”样本股名单,三一重工入选回报维度样本股。在此之前,三一重工发布2012年度利润分配实施公告,以2013年1月31曰的总股本为基数,向全体股东每10股派发现金红利2.5元(含税),每股派发现金红利0.25元(含税),共计19.04亿元。这是三一重工上市10年来的第10次大手笔分红。
