1 临床资料 我院儿科于1993～1995年共收治42例小儿肺炎继发心衰的病例,其中男31例,女11例,<6个月28例,<2岁10例,>2岁4例。临床表现除肺炎一般表现外,42例均呼吸增快。心率增加,皮肤粘膜不同程度青灰、紫绀。其中烦燥不安37例,少尿25例,反应差。精神萎靡6例,浮肿,奔马律各3例。并存中毒性脑病2例,呼吸衰竭7例,中毒性肠麻痹1例,心肌炎1例。
Clinical data of our hospital from 1993 to 1995, a total of 42 cases of children with pneumonia secondary heart failure cases, including 31 males and 11 females, <6 months in 28 cases, <2 years in 10 cases,> 2 years 4 example. Clinical manifestations in addition to the general performance of pneumonia, 42 patients were breathing faster. Increased heart rate, varying degrees of skin and mucous membranes, cyanosis. Of which 37 cases of irritability, oliguria in 25 cases, poor response. Apathetic in 6 cases, edema, galloping law in 3 cases. Coexisting toxic encephalopathy in 2 cases, respiratory failure in 7 cases, toxic intestinal paralysis in 1 case, myocarditis in 1 case.
