超声波喷丸技术是一项喷丸新技术,因操作简便、易控制、成形后的材料综合性能好且无污染,在大型航空企业得到广泛应用。本文结合超声波喷丸设备,介绍了超声波喷丸成形原理、特点及参数。通过喷丸试验,分析了喷丸时间和振幅两个参数对成形质量的影响。以某蒙皮壁板和框类零件为例,运用Wheelabrator便携式超声波喷丸设备对该零件的校形进行了验证。实践证明,超声波喷丸技术对蒙皮壁板和框类零件的校形效果较好。
Ultrasonic shot peening technology is a new shot peening technology, because of easy operation, easy to control, good overall performance of the formed material and no pollution, is widely used in large aviation enterprises. In this paper, combined with ultrasonic peening equipment, introduced the principle, characteristics and parameters of ultrasonic shot peening. Through the shot peening test, the effect of shot peening time and amplitude on the forming quality was analyzed. Taking a skins panel and frame parts as an example, the calibration of this part was verified with Wheelabrator Portable Ultrasonic Peening Equipment. Practice has proved that the ultrasonic shot peening of the skin panels and frame parts of the shape effect is better.
