目的 研究胰岛素释放试验取标本的方法。方法 缓慢滴注 2 5 0ml的生理盐液 ,保留穿刺导管取标本。结果 保留导管所取的碳水化合物负荷后的血糖较空腹增长值及胰岛素增长值与多次穿刺取血增长值的比较无显著差异 ,血糖和胰岛素释放曲线下面积亦无明显差异。结论 保留导管多次取血避免了可能发生的穿刺失败 ,防止错过规定的取血时间 ,值得推广应用
Objective To study insulin release test specimens taken method. Methods Slowly drip 250ml of saline and keep the puncture catheter to take the specimen. Results Compared with the fasting blood glucose value and the increasing blood glucose value of multiple puncture, there was no significant difference in the blood glucose between the glucose-loaded and the insulin-releasing curves. Conclusion It is worth to popularize that the catheter should be taken multiple times to avoid possible puncture failure and to prevent the missed blood sampling time from being missed
