很高兴与新闻界的朋友们再次见面。我的讲话分为三个部分。首先,简要回顾一下一九九一年我国专利工作的发展情况;第二,谈一谈一九九二年专利工作的主要任务;最后,介绍一下修改我国专利法的基本情况。一、一九九一年我国专利工作的发展一九九一年我国专利工作战线的广大干部群众认真贯彻我国国民经济和社会发展的十年规划和八五计划纲要关于“充分发挥专利制度的作用,保护知识产权”的要求,埋头苦干,开拓前进,我国的专利事业取得了新的进展。 (一)年专利申请量突破5万件大关,申请总量超过21万件
