问:我的孩子已1岁半,想给他注射乙肝疫苗,但不知怎样用法,请告知。湖北蔡庆国答:根据我们对100名儿童注射乙肝疫苗的结果看,效果是肯定的,总有效率为80～90%以上。注射后无明显不良反应。在注射乙肝疫苗前,应该取血查乙肝的抗原和抗体,肯定为阴性,未得过乙肝后,才能注射。阳性者不该注射。目前乙肝疫苗制剂规格有几种,有一支含10微克、20微克和30微克的。我们应用的是10微克和20微克,从效果来看,用20微克为好。一般注射3次,时间安排是第一次注射
