Tyco电子公司开始向老用户供应其AMP千兆以太网(IEEE802.3z标准)和光纤信道(FC-PH-2修订版7.4)可插式SFP MF-RJ收发器系统的试用品。SFP有时也称为“小型GBIC”,它的功能与千兆以太网接口转换器完全相同,但占地面积大大减小,并采用了小波形因数连接器。
Tyco Electronics is beginning to provide trial supplies to its former customers of its pluggable SFP MF-RJ transceiver system with its AMP Gigabit Ethernet (IEEE802.3z standard) and Fiber Channel (FC-PH-2 Revision 7.4). SFP, sometimes referred to as “mini-GBIC”, functions exactly as a gigabit Ethernet interface converter but at a much smaller footprint with a small form factor connector.
