目的 :研究补充活性肽对大鼠小肠上皮组织形态学、氨基肽酶活性及氮代谢的影响 ,探讨大鼠小肠对活性肽的吸收特点。方法 :雄性SD大鼠 30只 ,被随机分为 :安慰剂对照组 (Pla组 )、补充大豆分离蛋白对照组 (Pro组 )和补充活性肽实验组 (Pep组 )。大鼠在适应性喂养及膳食平衡 1周后 ,进行代谢实验及指标测试。结果 :(1)Pep组大鼠小肠粘膜蛋白含量比Pro组高 4 8 6 0 % ,比Pla组高 91 37% (P <0 0 5 )。 (2 )Pep组大鼠小肠粘膜氨基肽酶活性明显增加 ,比Pla组增加了2 0 3 97% ,比Pro组则增加了 73 30 % (P <0 0 5 )。 (3)Pep组大鼠小肠粘膜厚度比Pro组高 6 99% ,比Pla组高 2 5 0 3% (P <0 0 5 )。 (4 )Pep组大鼠小肠绒毛高度比Pro组高 4 6 5 % ,比Pla组高2 2 2 2 % (P <0 0 5 )。 (5 )Pep组大鼠小肠上皮隐窝深度比Pro组高 12 5 8% ,比Pla组高 35 77%。(6 )Pep组大鼠小肠上皮绒毛表面积比Pro组高 3 30 % ,比Pla组高 2 3 6 4% (P <0 0 5 )。 (7)补充大豆分离蛋白后 ,Pep组大鼠氮平衡值、氮储存率和表观消化率较Pla组分别增高 6 41 0 3%、5 91 4 2 %和 5 1 80 % ;而补充活性肽后 ,Pep组大鼠氮平衡值、氮储存率和表观消化率较Pla组分别增高10 6 1 5 4%、982 6 9%和 71 4 3% ,较Pro组分别增高 5 6 75
Objective: To study the effects of peptide supplementation on morphology, aminopeptidase activity and nitrogen metabolism in small intestine of rats, and investigate the absorption characteristics of active peptides in the small intestine of rats. Methods: Thirty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups: placebo control group (Pla group), supplemented soy protein isolate group (Pro group) and supplemented peptide group (Pep group). Rats in adaptive feeding and dietary balance after 1 week, metabolic tests and index tests. Results: (1) The protein content of intestinal mucosa in Pep group was 486% higher than Pro group, 91 37% higher than that in Pla group (P <0.05). (2) The aminopeptidase activity of small intestine mucosa of Pep group increased significantly by 2073% compared with Pla group and 7330% (P <0.05) than that of Pro group. (3) The intestinal mucosal thickness in Pep group was 699% higher than that in Pro group and 25.5% higher than that in Pla group (P <0.05). (4) The intestinal villus height in Pep group was 46.5% higher than that in Pro group and 22.22% (P <0.05) higher than that in Pla group. (5) The intestinal crypt depth in Pep group was 125.8% higher than Pro group and 35.77% higher than that in Pla group. (6) The intestinal epithelium surface area in Pep group was 330% higher than that in Pro group and 2346% higher than that in Pla group (P <0.05). (7) After supplemented with soybean protein isolate, the nitrogen balance, nitrogen storage rate and apparent digestibility of Pep group were increased by 6 41 0 3, 5 91 4 2% and 5 1 80% Compared with the Pla group, the nitrogen balance, nitrogen storage rate and apparent digestibility of Pep group increased by 10 6 1 5 4%, 98 2 6 9% and 71 4 3%, respectively, compared with those in the Pro group, increased by 5 6 75
