在天津电镀学会成立后两年多的时间里,正经历着一个很不平凡的变革时期。我们全国都在通过贯彻五届人大、三中全会和叶剑英同志国庆讲话的精神,解放思想,实事求是,为工作重点的转移和实现社会主义现代化而努力奋斗着。电镀学会是个群众性的学术团体,是我们党动员和组织广大电镀工作者积极参加社会主义建设的有力助手,是团结和联系广大电镀科技人员的纽带。在迎接伟大的八十年代的时候,我们一定要通过学会的工作,把一切可以团结的力量团结动员起来,为攀登科学技术高峰,建设社会主义的现代化强国做出应有的贡献。
Tianjin Electroplating Society in the two years after its establishment, is experiencing a very extraordinary period of change. Through our efforts to carry out the speech delivered by the Fifth National People’s Congress, the Third Plenary Session of the Third Plenary Session of the Third Plenary Session and our speech titled National Day, Comrade Ye Jianying, all our country have made unremitting efforts to emancipate the mind, seek truth from facts, shift the emphasis of work and realize the socialist modernization. Electroplating Society is a mass of academic groups, is our party to mobilize and organize the majority of electroplating workers to actively participate in the building of a powerful helper, is to unite and contact the majority of electroplating science and technology personnel link. In welcoming the great 80’s, we must, through the work of the Institute, unite and mobilize all the forces that can be united and make due contributions to the summit of science and technology and the building of a powerful modern socialist nation.
