一、权利意识与权利被分割的定义和研究意义 本文自己提出的题目是,研究市场经济条件下青年学生的权利意识与权利被侵害意识。权利意识在这里被定义为:公民对自身应享有权利的理解、追求与范围界定,即个体认为自己应该享有哪些权利,自己的权利范围应该包括哪些内容,为什么应该享有这些权利。权利被侵害意识被定义为:公民在权利受到侵害时的感知、理解和维护权利的倾向,即是否能够感受到遭到的侵害,如果感受到了侵害,他们凭借什么说这是侵害,如果没有感受到侵害,他们凭借什么说这是正常的。
