目的探讨丹红注射液联合脑心通对糖尿病肾病早期临床治疗效果。方法将60例符合入选标准的糖尿病肾病患者,根据使用药物随机分为两组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用丹红注射液和脑心通。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论丹红注射液具有改善微循环,调脂及保护血管内皮的作用,脑心通具有活血化痰,保护血管内皮、抗氧化作用,与丹红注射液联用有协同作用,值得临床进一步研究。
Objective To investigate the early clinical effect of Danhong injection combined with Naoxintong on diabetic nephropathy. Methods Sixty patients with diabetic nephropathy who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups according to the drugs used. The control group was given routine treatment. The treatment group was given Danhong injection and Naoxintong on the basis of routine treatment. Results The treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Danhong injection can improve microcirculation, lipid-lowering and protect vascular endothelium. Naoxintong has the functions of promoting blood circulation and resolving phlegm, protecting the vascular endothelium and anti-oxidant effect and has synergistic effect with Danhong injection, which deserves clinical further study .
