A teacher who wants to become a “good teacher” must first become a “good scholar.” To learn from the sea rafting, “good scholars” must be superb steers; in the desert treasure, “good scholars” must be able to occupy an “oasis” of their own. This means that due to differences in career, education, environment, and endowment, everyone must look for the main advantages of their own learning and find the “sun belonging to them”. Over the past few decades, my learning experience has taught me that I should be good at using the “stones of other hills” and “searching for jade” for me; I should be able to qualify myself as a true student on the basis of “turning benefits from multiple teachers”. teacher. This is: “I will attack jade in the stones of other mountains. I will also be a division teacher.”
