1976年修建的孙吉屯水库座落在延长县黑家堡乡岳口沟孙吉屯村后的主沟道上,库容100多万立方米,养鱼水面达80亩,气候适宜,水质良好,发展渔业生产极为有利。但水事建成后曾经投放过几次鱼苗,因生长期间常遭捕炸,待到捕捞时已无鱼可捕,历时10年无收益。1985年,县水利部门决定对这个水事实行承包,再次发展养鱼事业。水库所在地的群众由于前几年养鱼失败的事看在眼里,都怕赔钱,不愿去承包。唯有黑家堡乡的水保员白志
Sunjiatun Reservoir built in 1976 is located in the main channel of Yuejigou Sunjitun, Heijiapu Township, Yanchang County, with a storage capacity of over 1 million cubic meters and a surface area of 80 mu for fish culture.
