对内蒙古自治区赤峰市46所农村中小学562名教师进行问卷调查与访谈发现,制约教师“合作发展”的瓶颈主要有:农村教师对“合作发展”认识模糊,学校管理制度和方式落后,教育教学资源不足且得不到充分利用,教师综合素质偏低。提出促进农村教师“合作发展”的对策:让教师切身体验合作的意义,避免“无意义合作”的干扰,重视“非正式教师组织”的作用,辩证认识“人为合作”的价值。
