目的探讨微螺钉种植体支抗在安氏Ⅱ类错牙合畸形关闭拔牙间隙与常规关闭拔牙间隙的临床比较。方法 57例安氏Ⅱ类错牙合畸形病例,减数双尖牙矫治。MBT直丝弓矫治技术,上下颌第二前磨牙与第一磨牙间植入MAS微螺钉种植体216枚,植入2周后使用正畸矫治力,力值控制在200g以内,滑动法内收前牙。结果本组病例经矫治后,上下牙列排齐,前牙覆牙合,覆盖正常,减数后的拔牙间隙均能在3-5个月内完全关闭。结论微螺钉种植体支抗在安氏Ⅱ类错牙合畸形关闭拔牙间隙临床应用效果满意。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of implanting micro-screw implants in the treatment of Class Ⅱ malocclusion with extraction close to extraction gap and conventional close extraction gap. Methods 57 cases of Class Ⅱ malocclusion malocclusion cases, reduction of number canine teeth correction. MBT straight wire arch orthodontic technique, 216 implants of MAS micro-screw were implanted between the second premolar and the first molar of upper and lower jaws. After 2 weeks implants, orthodontic force was applied and the force value was controlled within 200g. Anterior teeth. Results In this group of patients after orthodontic treatment, the upper and lower dentition alignment, anterior teeth overbite, covering the normal, after subtraction of tooth extraction gap can be completely closed within 3-5 months. Conclusions The clinical application effect of micro-screw implant anchorage in Class Ⅱ malocclusion with closed extraction space is satisfactory.
