上海是我国的经济中心,并正在建设成为国际金融和航运中心,日益提高的国际地位需要更加安全的水源和原水保障。针对上海城市水源和原水系统存在的调配能力不强、难以有效应对重大事故等问题,收集整理了黄浦江上游、长江陈行、青草沙三大水源原水系统的相关资料和数据,通过验证后的原水系统水力模型,结合风险事故分析,提出具有前瞻性的、可操作的上海多水源条件下原水调配方案。
As China’s economic center, Shanghai is building itself into an international financial and shipping center. The ever-rising international status requires more secure water and raw water protection. According to the fact that Shanghai’s urban water source and raw water system are not well equipped, it is difficult to effectively deal with major accidents and other issues. The relevant data and data on the three major water sources in the upper reaches of the Huangpu River, the Chenhang River and the Qingcaosha River are collected and verified. Raw water system hydraulic model, combined with risk accident analysis, put forward a forward-looking, operable water source conditions in Shanghai under the original water deployment program.
