教育的使命是让每个人发展自己的才能和创造潜能。教学就要创造发展学生的才能和创造潜能的环境和机会。数学学科的特点和基础性地位为发展才能和创造潜能提供了得天独厚的条件。因此新课程理念下的中学数学教学应当致力于营造这个条件,既让学生的智力得到开发和发展,又让学生的潜能得以挖掘,从而不断提高中学数学教学效果。那么新课程理念下如何提高中学数学教学效果呢?
