本文为混合型 TEA—CO_2激光器亚阀值单模多线运转提出了一种改进的速率方程模型。在这个模型中考虑了(01’1)→(11’0)振动带(hot band)的 R(23)转动跃迁对10.6μm 振动带特别是 P(20)转动跃迁的贡献。计算结果表明,在这个模型下获得了强度分布均匀的多线运转。
In this paper, an improved rate equation model is proposed for sub-threshold single mode multi-line operation of a hybrid TEA-CO_2 laser. In this model, the contribution of the R (23) rotation transition of (01’1) → (11’0) hot band to the rotation transition of 10.6 μm vibration band, especially P (20) is considered. The calculation results show that multi-line operation with uniform intensity distribution is obtained under this model.
